This series comprises of a pamphlet on the educational program called “Loan an Instructor” put on by the Worthington and Luverne, Minnesota National Guard units for students to improve community relations. The series also includes correspondence on receiving the Adjutant General’s 100% strength award, assumption of command, and teaching college coursework on the history of the Vietnam War.
